If you have a chocolate craving then be
wise and choose the chocolate with the least number of calories –
which basically means dark chocolate. The milkier the chocolate the
more calories.
Two or three squares – NOT bars of
dark chocolate! Can actually be good for your health as it can lower
stress levels due to the antioxidants it contains.
Research has shown that if you eat 6.7
grams of chocolate every day it can help to protect you from
inflammation which can lead to cardiovascular disease.
As you can see eating small amounts of
chocolate can be good for you and don't forget that if you deprive
yourself completely the stronger the cravings will become. So, think
wisely and savour 2 or 3 squares of dark chocolate – enjoy!
