Most fruits are best eaten a room temperature or when freshly picked – storing them in the fridge will help to keep them longer but you will be able to notice a difference in the taste.


If you don't like eating them on their own serve with fat and low calorie yoghurt, crème fraiche or fromage blanc. All three will also be perfect for putting onto breakfast cereals or include them in a fresh fruit salad.
