It's cold and you'll need some hot food
inside you to keep warm – however, don't go for meat pies, suet
puddings and foods which you know will pile on the pounds, instead
take a tip from our vegetarian friends and opt for a healthy
vegetable stew.
Packed full of essential vitamins and
minerals you'll feel full up without putting on extra weight (just as
long as your stew contains more than potatoes!). Carrots, leeks,
swede, celery and peas will provide you with a wonderful medley of
colourful vegetables. If you're really hungry add some lentils or
beans they're packed full of protein and will help you stay fuller
for longer.
