Oh how true! Whether you decide to have an entrée or 'starters' and end with a dessert the middle course is the one that should provide you with the proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates and nutrients you need to help maintain you body's health.
Today's Tip:
If you're going to have a three course meal remember to cut the portion sizes down a little and remember to fill your diner plate with lots of fresh colourful vegetables!
